I have lived in this complex for 10 months now and I haven't had any real issues that would prevent me from recommending this apartment complex. When I first moved in there was an issue with parking due to a few broken down vehicles but when the new management took over they were subsequently towed away freeing up a few spots. I had numerous issues with the previous management in regards to billing issues, incorrect charges/credits, and missing contracts/paperwork but the new management was able to clear these issues up in sufficient time. I have enjoyed living here for the most part except for noisy upstairs neighbors. In my time here I have only seen law enforcement at the complex 3 times, in which one time I made the call myself regarding a noise complaint. In another review there was an issue regarding the snow not being plowed but the weather all over town was so bad that nearly everything was shut down anyways. It was so bad, in fact, that the management wasn't able to safely make it to work - not their fault.
