While the square footage was a huge draw, trying to actually live here is a different story. I've been here for a year, and my apartment has had flooding problems the entire time. There's water damage in the ceiling and the carpet has been flooded in the living room, hallway, and 2nd bedroom. The patio door leaks terribly in the rain. They've only cleaned the carpet after flooding 1 out of about a dozen times. The office staff RARELY returns a phone call. The water in the kitchen has never really gotten hot. After storms water will collect in the heating ducts (which has flooded my apartment often) and they have done nothing to fix it. I'm sure they're collecting mold. The air conditioning breaks down often, and now only comes out of the vents in the main bath and 2nd bedroom. They said they will not fix the problem since they would have to get to the ducts under the floor. The water heaters also frequently break. Just yesterday they had flooded the building's utility room (standing water). I've never been so disappointed in my life. Please save yourself some stress and DO NOT rent from this property!!

this review is insightful, but what would be really helpful to prospective tenants is if you would also list the apartment number so others could possible avoid it and force the complex to fix it
