Maintenence is the worst. You might as well go to the library check out a book and learn to fix things yourself cause it will be a whole heck of a lot faster than trying to get them over. If you do move there I suggest going over there personally and have them write out a work order and have them give you a copy. You may want proof of your order so that if you need to take them to court you have proof right there. Oh, and if there is a continuing problem they don't keep you at the top of the list, you go back to the bottom so it may take months before something is finally repaired.

The neighbors are so noisy! The big basses in cars sound like they're shaking it apart. And it's not so bad when they do it in the waking hours, but I can't tell you how many times I was woken after midnight with those sounds. The first month I was there I guy would honk his horn outside the apartment at about 4:45am and it would last for 15min or more sometimes! He was carpooling to work with one of the tennants and was trying to get him out. I finally had to have a personal talk with him.

There are really numerous accounts I could tell, but I think you get the idea. There are better places around the area. My roommate and I found one that was recommended by a friend of mine and we're happy so far. Especially since the 2 workorders we had put in during the first week were completed same day. We've been here a month so far and I'm finally happy!
