Helen Stevens is the propery manager and she does a terrible job with information. Works orders are never turned in, the property is always dirty and there are more kids outside then at a regular school. Gangs have spray painted the building; the hallways smell; the proerty is just very under staffed. Please never move into these apartments, regardless of the special.

Helen Stevens is no longer the manager. The new staff is great.
