It used to be a good neighborhood. Now it sucks. we've went without heat for most of the winter and have had to deal with maintenance that you can't communicate with or they simply can't fix things( and I've been waiting on the for 2 hours as we speak). Not to mention that there are numerous amounts of people living in units that are only made for 2-3 people. The staff is very rude and incapable of running this complex. Just in the last 2 years we've had a car drive into the building, a wall caught on fire, and our oven has been replaced 3 times. I would recommend moving into a shelter before moving here.

Question: if you had all of these problems with this community, then WHY did your stay there for five years?
