New property manager trying hard to get the property turned around. Never any police activity, except patrols. Rarely is there any vandalism. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is decent at best, they will get things done... eventually. Apartments are very well laid out and very well constructed. Relaxed pet policy. This property is on the way up now that the new manager is in control.

This property has had 3 managers in 4 years. Vandelism? Yes, look at the building of back entrance. Police? When? When there is a crime. Burglaries and even robberies! Don't forget the pool is only open when office is if they feel like it!
