I lived at Creekside South for a little over two years. It was the best experience I've had living in an apartment complex. The office staff was wonderful and made the stay at Creekside even more pleasant. The maintenance staff at Creekside was ever changing but, for the most part, whenever I needed something they were quick to get it fixed or replaced.
My neighbors were friendly and was able to make several new friends. The noise was minimal except for the period of time when there was a family that thought fighting (hitting and shouting) was okay; however, that problem was quickly taken of by management.
The traffic on Stop 11 was a bear especially when trying to turn west out of the complex; however, it looks like the city may be trying to rectify that problem.
The walk in closet in the bedroom was a neat idea; however, having the washer/dryer hookups in it made it less useful as a closet.The kitchen was great. It was relatively big for an apartment. The dining room was also a good size as well as the bathroom. The bedrooms were small compared to many other apartments in which I have lived but, overall my experience as Creekside was fabulous. I would highly recommend Creekside South Apartments for anyone.
