I have lived here for 8 months now. I have had several problems & the staff has attempted to resolve them, but apparently money is too tight to take care of even minor maintenance issues. Most of the outdoor lights are out, so I consider it unsafe & the much of the clientele is less than desirable. My neighbors refuse to walk outside after dark unless accompianed by another person. Each building has its own atmosphere & I am fortunate that I am in a good one, but when my lease is up, I will be moving. (The manager that I respected has retired & it has been a revolving door for managers. She was the reason I moved here since she really made sure issues were addressed. All I can say is... renter beware!
