I've lived at Creekside for 3 years, and I'm only moving now because I've lost room-mates and can't keep up the rent on my own. It's not the greatest place, but I've never had a bad feeling here. There are a lot of loud and ignorant people. I've heard of one theft when a neighbor left his brand new scooters in the parking lot. The walls are really thick, and I only had problems with sound once when the neighbors blasted the bass day and night, but they didn't stay there for long, which brings me to the staff at Creekside: very friendly and helpful, always willing to find solutions. Maintenance is reliable. The grounds need to be kept up better. Overall, a good place to call home.
