Don't be a drama queen, this apartment is fine. It's cheap, what did you expect' For the money it's a great apartment. There is plenty of room and the buildings are pretty well taken care of. Sorry maintenance didn't show up to your door in ten minutes because you found an icky spider. It has problems, everywhere has problems. Suck it up.
