These used to be nice, clean apartments with amazing staff and pretty grounds. Then the new manager came and ran off everyone else who was good. There have been at least 3 assistant managers since she came ( and they were idiots). She is rude and loud and unprofessional. The maintenance staff used to be really impressive, but the new staff sucks. Really, really sucks. Your lucky to get a response in a week if at all. All the staff seem to spend their time in their apartments socializing with each other. The grounds are disgusting with dog poop and trash. There are squirrels and who knows what else living in the roofs of the upper units. They don't pay attention to anything. Appliances break down - too bad. The ice built up and noone put salt out and the parking lot never got plowed. The new people they lease to now are loud and inconsiderate and messy. It's a pit. I will definitely move this summer when my lease is up. I miss the good old days.
