The landscaping is nice and the repair staff usually fixes whatever breaks quickly. HOWEVER, the apartments are poorly insulated and unless the heat is constantly kept during the winter, it can get cold quickly. Not only that but the current the office is staff is completely unprofessional and difficult to deal with, namely the exceedly rude apartment manager (the assistant has always been very nice).

Also, last month five cars were broken into in the parking lot, including our across-the-hall neighbor's car. I've not heard of much else happening, but that something to cause concern over.
