I moved here about 3 months ago and luckily have not experienced any major problems so far. When I first called to inquire about the apartment community (approximately 2 months before I moved in), I spoke with the "manager from hell" that was written about in the previous reviews. She was just as rude (as everyone indicated) on the phone and because of her, I almost decided not to even bother in renting with these apartments. About a week later, I called back and it so happens that I spoke with the new manager of the community, who was very friendly. So far I am lucky to have moved into a building that is relatively quiet. I never hear my neighbors downstairs, and I only have one neighbor on the side of me (and I barely hear them either). I did have a problem with a tenant using my carport when I first moved in and after reporting the incident to the office, I have not had that problem since. My only complaint so far would be that sometimes maintenance can be a little slow with fixing minor problems, such as replacing a screen door or fixing a toilet. However, when my refridgerator stopped working, maintenance was called that morning and another one was already installed by the time I returned home from work. I am hoping that winter this year will not be bad as it was for the tenants in the previous reviews. So far the new office and maintenance staff seem to be doing a good job, and I hope they will continue to do a good job in the wintertime too.
