Perfect for a SMALL family, Student, Bachelor / Bachlorette, or elderly. Luxury = yes, Expensive = yes. Worth a visit = yes. Complete privacy = no. If you are a conservative person this is the place for you.

PROS:
Very new apartment units
Quite community
Wide stairwells and doorways for easier moving in
Vaulted ceilings upstairs
Almost all new appliances
Nice floor plan designs
2 min. from fast food, grocery stores, music, movie rental, banks, Gas stations & I465 (interstate)
Great Management
Grounds well keep
Full size washer dryer hook-ups
CONS:
Super thin walls (you can hear everything)
Depending on where your unit is your carport could be in front or a nice walk away
Trash dumpsters are also a nice walk depending on where your unit is
Everything in the units is new??EXCEPT! the dishwasher
Only the larger units have 2 sinks in the kitchen smaller ones have only 1
