Cross Creek used to be a nice place to live. The staff was nice (Amber, Anna, John) and maintenance was good (George). Now, the office staff is very rude and seems very confused when you call there for anything. The grounds are always dirty, especially the dumpster areas. I moved here because it is close to everything...but maybe it is time to move. However, the apartments themselves are very nice for the area. They are clean and spacious.
