We've lived here for about a year now. We're really pretty happy. The maintenance staff is great! The office staff is really nice (though they do not seem to enforce rules as strictly as I would like). The apartments are great and spacious with lots of storage. They use attractive fixtures and didn't skimp while building. They are a bit pricey, but it's worth it to not be around some kinds of people. They have a secure way to accept boxes (not like the last apartment complex we lived in where the boxes were not secure AT ALL if the office accepted them). ALSO! They have free tanning and a pool and all those really fun things!

All in all, we're happy so far!



**Note, we pay 40 dollars per month for our washer and dryer, so our rent is really only 765.00.
