This place is WAY overpriced for the quality and size of these apartments. If you stand and look at our bar over looking the dining room you can see how warped and uneven the wall below it is....the walls keep showing water damage, our ceilings are cracking,the kind of people that are starting to move in here is a bit scary too. At first it was a more family type apartment but i am seeing a large increase in younger people and they bring some not so nice looking people in with them. Sometimes I am actually scared they might steal my car or break in my place. Not to happy with the types moving in but I can't control that.

Also people rent garages and hang out in them (they actually have tv's and grill out...how ghetto right) so you always have to watch for people out in the street and lately they have had their kids with them (not to safe) and people keep racing their motorcycles up and down the way. Thats' always nice to hear too.

Also they are building new apartments behind us and they have hit spider nests so now my apartment is invested with spiders. Thats a big problem in my book!!! Over all I would not really recomend this place for the price....these are really cheap apartments that they charge an arm and a leg for.

Me too. The people hanging out in their garages is really annoying, especially those people just as you drive in on the non-clubhouse end. There is trash everywhere, and the people are just... disgusting. It used to be much nicer here. Have you been to the pool lately? It's ridden with drunken idiots who don't know how to behave. I can't wait for my lease to come up.
