This seems to be a nice community. A little of everything here as far as the residents go. I'm sure it would be nice if the office staff could acutally pick and choose who lives here but I know they can't. Speaking of the office staff, all I have to say is, if you have a problem and need to speak to the manager, good luck with that. She will not return your phone calls, and when you do get to talk to her (of course you have to physically go to the office) she speaks to you in a very rude manner. No matter the problem. I've heard that this is her first job in this field. So that explains things. So, I say if you want to live in a Flaherty and Collins property, go some where else. Some where where they have a manager that knows what she is doing because this one doesn't. The staff rating I'm giving is based solely on the manager, not the actual staff. I know those girls do what they can.

apryl brady is not the new manager. that did not go in effect and we still have the same ignorant manager as talked about above.
