Love my apartment. Never have too many maintenance issues and when I do they are always there the same day. Everyone on property including staff are soo nice!

Hello,
I am relocating to Indianapolis and considering moving here. I've noticed that many of the other posts speak of "degenerates" hanging out at all times of night, smoking pot, throwing eggs at cars, kids knocking on doors and running, etc. Your post is the most recent so I am wondering if you have experienced any of these problems or any variation thereof? I greatly appreciate your feedback!
