Pretty nice place to live on the Southside

Me & my wife just finished a one year lease at Dakota Ridge. We really do not have anything to complain about. The softball field can get kind of annoying depending on what side of the complex you live on. Overall, a very quiet place. Parking was pretty decent, but could use some improving. Maintenance was ALWAYS on top of things. Most request were taken care of in under 24hrs.
