I lived at Darby Court for a little over 3 years. I had a 3 bedroom townhome and loved it! It was brand new when we moved in and the floorplan was great. The washer/dryer in the apartment was a huge selling point and the price was fair. Besides having a few noisy neighbors over the years, we had no problems. At the end of our stay there, we had a really bad mice problem, but the management at the time did what they could to get rid of the pesky rodents. Overall I would recommend Darby Court, although the management company(Sexton) is not the greatest.
