Lived there for 6 months and it was 6 months too long..worst complex I've ever lived in

This COULD be a very nice apartment complex
..if any of the rent income went into repairs and updates. It is fairly quiet and has a convenient location to the highways. HOWEVER,the mgmt staff are not only unresponsive but unprofessional. The apt hallways are filthy and the apts themselves are very run down..some buildings much worse than others. BUT the kicker is that the a/c and heat don't work consistently..we had 3 a/c & heat units in our apt but all 3 were never working at one time. Our apartment was never was cooler than an average of 80 degrees the entire summer..and we had little if any heat in the early fall. IF you decide to live here save your money and don't pay $25 for the a/c & heat as part of your rent...you'll be wasting $$$ like we did since the equipment is either ancient, broken or both. Better yet, save yourself some money and grief don't live here at all! Lived here only 6 months but 6 months too long..worst complex I've ever lived in hands down!
