We have had a leak in our apartment for the last 5-6 months. They fixed it once. Well, it rained really heavy, and the leak reappeared. Huge this time. I called them and they said I would have to wait until they could get a contract to come out and fix it. Well I wait and I wait with a big hole in my ceiling and still no call telling me it has been fixed. I called them 2 weeks later complaining. Maintenance did a terrible job repairing the ceiling. All they did was peel off the drywall, mud it then paint it. This apartment will probably have mold issues in the future since they didn't REPLACE the drywall. Never living here again.

Oh I almost forgot. Don't bother leaving a message with the staff, they never return your call.
