After living here for a year, I began thinking it was a real nice place. After awhile, I realized it wasn't the best. I told the staff many times that I had a pet, and even paid the fee. Each month they would reimburse me the money, not knowing what it was for...even though they said they had written it down.."EACH TIME". So, I finally just quit paying it. When I moved in, and swept the carpet for the first time and EVERY time after...I had to empty my vaccum every 5 minutes because the white dust used to clean the carpets hadn't been swept up. RUINED my sweeper!! I had major spider troubles, called to get someone to spray. Was told someone would come, two weeks later, still no one. Called again, told someone would come again...still no one!! I GIVE UP!! My lock wasn't working, was told she's put a work order in on it. NEVER DID!! Got blamed for having a bad check. Called to see what it was about...discussed it, realized it wasn't me who they thought had a bad check. The office staff needs to be more reliable, and if they say they are going to do something..DO IT. Or, write it down, so they REMEMBER to do it. I also called many times, left messages, never got called back. I really doubt that I live here again. I agree the area is nice considering the items around it, but I don't think it's worth staying. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
