I just moved in at Deercross and I love it so far! The office staff has been very courteous and everytime I need something fixed, they always fix it within 24 hours. I've lived in several AIMCO communities and have found that AIMCO really knows how run their apartments.
As for crime and such posted on recent reviews: it's Indy...not Deercross. When you live in an apartment, you have to be aware of your surroundings. At least here at Deercross they notify us if something does happen. Unlike other places where I've lived and they swept it under the rug.
Long story short...Deercross is a great place to live with reasonable prices!

I think DeerCross is the pitts. This must have been an office staff that posted this nonsense, or they are totally BLIND. Crime does happen everywhere you are right, but what does DeerCross do to deter the crime ?? Cancel the contract w/ the police department that they were to CHEAP to pay for ? Yea they care alright, about the $$ not the safety. What is posting about it going to do ? Surely not stop it...
