While living in this community several vehicles were stolen and several more were broken into, including one of my own vehicles. The one vehicle that was broken into was one we wanted to replace anyway but when we had the new car in parking spot over the weekend the temp tag was stolen from it. During all of the car break ins a resident was held up at gun point. In general I have not felt safe in this community and won't even open my door if I do not know who the person is. Also the noise is horrible as the people upstairs make a lot of it even after being asked by courtesy officer to keep noise down.

OH I could not agree more. This place is horrible, I have had to shut my window for all the pot that is smoked above me. Just today, I had so psycho throwing rocks ( huge hurt like hell when it hit me) at my dogs and me because he was running and not smart enough to give a little distance bewteen him and the dog, I walked off twice and still got accousted. It is the MOST unsafe place I have ever likved in. Dripping seiling for three count'em three weeks, thumping music at all hours of the day and night, people who are not on the lease living here, abandoned cars parked under the carports ( broken windows should be a tip off) it is horrible, I used to say the office staff was so nice then I discovered that they were niced because they were so very incompetent. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE THINK OF THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IN HOUSE DEALERS, THENTHIS PLACE I S FOR YOU.
