When we moved in the grounds and apartment looked to be in great shape and the office staff was friendly and helpful. After a series of breakins and a parkng problem that will have you walking 2 or more building away to find a remote parking place I've since changed my mind. The office staff is very slow on maintenace request and use sneaky tactics to try to bind you to your lease longer than you want. I do not reccommend these apartments to anyone but people who cannot afford to any better. In 5 years of renting apartments in different cities this is by far the worse. Think twice before yo sign your lease and if you make sure you comb through your lease with a fine comb. It would also be a good idea to not own a nice car because the residents will probably break in and of course management will claim no responsibility and offer no additional security to its' tenents. Do yourself a favor and look around more there are plenty of places in Indianapolis that will suite your needs.

I'm not even there anymore but I have to say that even now I agree with you on everything. The car vandalism, the management and the break ins. You are right about the managment not giving a rats tale about what happens on the property. However, there are ways to get around management and get out of that lease. You have to call the corporate offices. Also send them emails and complain, complain, complain. Oh yeah even though management can't do anything about the break ins and vandalism to your vehicle, GET IT DOCUMENTED and make sure it gets in your file and you get a copy. That will help when you complain to corporate. We were let out of our lease. We had 4 break ins to our vehicle and they stole all 4 tires and left the car sitting on bricks. The lighting does suck because you can't see through the little dark forest they have up in there. A man jumped out at our friend who was carrying our infant and had our other children. not only that while we were there the fire department had to come out on 3 different occassions just because someone in the building didn't know how to cook. In that situation maintenance could not be found. Granted it was after hours(10:00pm) but aren't they suppose to carry a pager with them... I paged them 10 times for the fire department, only to have them return my call 2 hours after the door was broke down. Now every time we think about moving into an apartment we always check apartment ratings. Now I tell all of my friends about this site. Not only that I've posted the site address up at our mail boxes...LOL take care
