Please Please Please don't move in DeerCross Apartments, the staff DOES not care about anything but getting your money. This place is not SAFE.. The office staff is rude, nasty, and does not care. There is a car break in every night, and someone was robbed at gunpoint in these apartments. They do not care about your safety. They used to have the sheriff patrol the premises,but cancelled the contract because of the price. They (did) have a courtesy officer, but he gets to it when he can... Just avoid this place ALL TOGETHER.. P L E A S E

oh i could not agree more. This is a horrible place to live. I only managed to make it one year ( I usually make it at least 4 before I want to move). Toilets overflow and came thru my ceiling vent, was told it was not unusual for this to happen in apt. HELLO!!! Car break ins are common. The office staff is so so so so RUDE, always an excuse and never a solution. No security to speak of..The pool and courts were used by everyone within the metro area. SIMPLY HORRIBLE.......GREG

I'm saddened to hear how Deercross has deteriorated. But I'm not surprised. I had a friend that lived there from 2000-2003,and for a long time it was great, the grounds were beautiful, it was quiet,we used to sit on her patio when I came to visit and no thumping bass ridden cars would galavant through the parking lot, and her patio faced the parking lot!!!! It's just sad, because Deercross was one of the better apt communities on the Westside, and there's not many. Oh, well another one bites the dust.
