Moved here from out of state in Q1 2002. Only apt complex to have garages attached to the buildings and laundry rooms (not closet). The staff is great - they hung all my shelves, fans, etc. They're very quick to respond to maintenance issues. I looked at a condo community also built by Hills and the apt complex is much better kept. The locked doors and interior mail boxes are a great feature. I highly recommend this complex.
