It is old and falling apart. The community needs a major overhaul. The apartments are not worth what they want you to pay for them. I have lived there for about 18 months and if I renew my lease for another year then my rent only goes up $6 a month. That is reasonable. If I sign a 6 month lease then my rent will go up $67 a month. If I don't sign a lease at all, then my rent will increase by $142 a month. I understand cost of living increases but this is ridiculous. Especially since I was told that if I ever went month to month that my rent would only increase an additional $75 month in addition to my current rent. What a rip off for such a dilapidated property. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Whoever the person is that said this place was great must be nuts!

oh my i wish you would tell this lady that i know not to move here .she is so excited and i went and saw the property the other day and it is disgusting .i am not even the one moving there and i called today the management company my self .i cant believe any one would want to live there .those apts are worse than the getto
