Since this managment company took over, this property has gone downhill! The curb appeal speaks volumes and they obviously didn't budget for everyday up-keep this year, let alone any improvements. (With a property this old, you have to THINK about that). The steps going up to my apartment have so much paint and wood hanging from them it's scary. My windows are so old, you can't see out of them. My light fixtures are so out dated and I've asked for them to be changed as a freebee for renewing my lease. I was laughed at when I mentioned it - and told very rudely, 'We don't do that for anyone'. I asked for assistance once, because my carport neighbor kept parking in the middle of the carport and of course, I never even got a response. I will say this, the maintenance staff is still good but how much can one guy do' They went with ONE GUY on staff here for a while and if you ask me they're lucky to have kept him. (That's pretty much the consensus of me & my neighbors, he has never complained to any of us).

I am confident that when the property manager reads this, it will be dismissed as being written by a disgruntled tenant. (As everything is just dismissed). That's sad and I can only hope that the 'powers that be', will take notice at some point. I've tried to stay objective and understand that even a property manager has only so much power in capital expense decisions, but if you have those obstacles, you should make darn sure to go overboard in areas that CAN be controled, like follow up, maintenance calls, light requests, etc. I would never recommend ANYONE I know to live here.

Just as a side note...this community has gone through several management company changes over the years and let's be honest, you have to anticipate a few unwanted changes and just roll with them. Unfortunately, this change has all been for the worst and down right negative. I don't just mean the condition of the property, I have to include the non-existence of integrity and follow up in the office staff.
