I have lived here for 3 years and I have nothing good to say about them. I will be moving when my current lease expires in 1 1/2 months. The buildings are old and dilapidated, the doors leak more air then most open windows, the light fixtures are old and should probably be replaced. I have had nothing but problems out of my downstairs neighbors and yet nothing seems to happen. I have been very understanding but everyone eventually has to draw the line. My line was when the downstairs neighbor threatened my children and nothing was done about it. It doesn't help that the woman who threatened my children is the girl friend to the courtesy officer for the complex....who exactly am I supposed to call for that' I talked to the property manager and was basically blown off...go figure, this is how they deal with every single complaint that I have registered about this situation. When I registered a complaint because the courtesy office was parking in the grass and causing a mud hole to form at the bottom of my stairs, it took 2 months of complaining and actually taking pictures before anything was done about it. The last response that I got before something was done was that it didn't matter where he parked. This response came from the property manager. I have talked to several other tenants and everyone I have talked to is basically of the same mind, that if you are having a problem wait until your lease expires and move...there problem fixed. If you expect the office staff to do anything, well...you should probably just save your time as nothing is going to happen. They seem to think that an appropriate response I guess...These apartments are NOT kid friendly. If you are looking for a nice apartment complex to move to this isn't it, keep looking. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone....
