The only competant member of the staff is apparently no longer with the company! The old manager ------ was great, but the new manager ---------something is a total idiot! He jumped down my throat about a simple issue that ended up being his fault!! After a half assed apology he tried to move on.... not me. I have told everyone I know how awful the new staff is. The only well mannered and sincere member of the office staff (I thing his name was ---- -----) is gone!! If everybody was as nice and as helpful as he was this place would be tolerable
