This place is an overall unsafe place to live. The management is only concerned with your money but they don't put your hard earned cash to work. It seems all the money goes to the appearance of the grounds versus the safety and appearance of the tenant's apartments. There is no standard 5 day grace period for rent and if you are one day late they charge a $25 fee. Which wouldn't be a problem if they didn't take 3 months to answer emergency and unemergency maintenance requests. The management is also unaware, unexperienced, and inconsiderate. Don't come here if you are looking for a HOME.
