Never Live Here-Even If You Are Homeless

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
We moved into an apartment in April of 2002 and it was in horrible condition upon move in. Items were still in the cabinets, the carpets were filthy, there were no screens on the windows, and the bathrooms were disgusting and moldy. Upon complaining to the management many, many, many times over the 12 months we lived there, very little was resolved. We did recieve a screen for our window, but that took three weeks to get. Our kitchen flooded one night and we called for emergency maintenance and three weeks later they called to see what the problem was. After we moved out, they refused to refund any of our security deposits saying that we caused the damage. And since they "lost" our move in sheet, they had to charge us for everything. They also convienently refused to refund our satillite deposit for over a month and even now, they are still working on cutting the check. The customer service level of the staff is ridiculously low and the management is even worse. The apartment itself had a nice layout, but the cleanliness and maintenance was horrid. The people in our apartment building were constantly moving because of the horrible way they treated us. It also wasn't worth the money we paid. For over $700 a month, I expect better service. Not to mention better parking. They also need to fix the pothole that cover the road. I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone.
