When I moved in the carpet was not cleaned. There were stains all over the carpet. The staff changes so much that you don't know who the manager is. I had some many things wrong with my apartment that I fixed them myself instead of calling maintenance. There is nothing but young girls that work in the office and they don?t know anything. It is like pulling teeth to get maintenance to fix something. I had birds & squirrels in the attic. I told them about it and they never did come and get them out. I wouldn?t recommend Eagle Pointe at all.
