I live in Cincinnati and am having the same problems with CMS, and thinking of hiring an attorney. THey are clearly not attending to the Tenant laws in ohio. Educate yourself on tenant laws in your state, and then call CMS.
If they won't help you like most of the times I've called them, then call a lawyer. Probono would be great place to start.
CMS is a slum lord obviously and I will make sure everyone knows about it here in Cincinnati...they won't even give up monies to have our property maintained by our lawn service!
We have to stop these nasty people from making other peoples lives hell like mine has been for over a year.
Educate yourself....research tenant laws on the NET...your BEST TOOL for information.
