HORRIBLE management and building

Don't rent from this place unless you like mold, your A/C not working in the summer and management lying to you, then charging you for outlandish fees.

I have been a good paying resident for 2 years here and this management does not appreciate good tenants. They disrespect you, refuse to give you what you want and ignore your maintenance requests. I have called the health department a number of times because of their lack of response and have had housing and water quality inspections performed. It is a shoddy place that is run down and unkept, and management just wants your money. They get mad when you complain and get vindictive if you try to do something about their lack of management.

And don't believe a word the manager says--GET IT IN WRITING. I turned in my 30 day notice after my lease expired and had a conversation in person with the manager. She advised that I only owed the regular amount rent and no month-to-month fee, only to later find a note on my door a few days later that said I owed a month to month fee. WhenI called to protest, the manager "didn't recall" the conversation we had.

You're better off living in your car than renting from these slumlords.
