While our stay was not totally deplorable, it was not pleasureable either. The parking is terrible. Parking in front of a building other than your own is commonplace and poses a greater chance of being mugged at 1:30am. If a pipe is leaking and your carpet is soaked, don't expect the work orders the office personnel say they are going to write do you any good. You will have to ask for service several times before somebody goes out there. The guys who come out are alright but, the ones in the office will lie right to your face about knowing there is a problem.
If you are a single day late, a 25 dollar late fee will be assesed and 5$ a day after that, but you can't charge the apartment complex when they take 4 weeks to get your heat of A/C fixed.

I agree with all the negatives comments, we have the two bed two bath apartments and my 7month old son sleeps in his own room. Well when they put a new window in because when we moved in it was broken. The new one was broken too, so there was cold air constantly comming in my home, and my light bill was 178$ a month, and i called in Nov to get that fixed but it is Jan and i still cant get ahold of them. They have caller ID and they screen their calls. This apartment is horrible. My lease is up soon and i am will be moving!!!!!
