I lived here 1999-2000. I had nightmare neighbors who argued loudly on a daily basis and played their music like they were deaf. I complained repeatedly - no action was ever taken. When I finally decided I had enough and moved out, they refused to return my security deposit, saying that I had left the refrigerator dirty. I have never moved out of an apartment and not cleaned it thoroughly. They claimed to have pictures of the dirty fridge, but would never show them to me. I wrote to their corporate headquarters, tried calling - got absolutely no response. About five months after moving out, I finally got my "refund", but it was short the $25.00 they said I owed for the dirty refrigerator. I reported them to the State's Attorney General's office for unfair business practices.
