Yes, I believe that maintenance was eating food from tenants. I know a few came to my apartment intoxicated. Also, I had a tennis bracelet missing, I cannot prove it but I know it had to be maintenance that took it. How I know, I did NOT have company much during my stay. When I moved I was so relieved, do not have problems at my now present complex. VERY ELEGANT!!!
