I lived in EP from May05-June06 and for an entire year I hated signing the lease. The office staff is VERY rude and not helpful, maintenance seems to be nonexistent, the apartments are old, moldy, and a/c breaks down during the hottest days of the year and it takes weeks to get fixed. We have had break-ins in apts. and cars. Glass stayed in lot for weeks before someone cleaned. Our hall light went out after a storm and stayed out for weeks, so we put ourselves on curfew, didn't want to get caught in a pitch-black hallway at night.
