At first look these apartments look pretty good for the price, but they are deceiving. When I came to view the apartments I was able to see the exact apartment I was going to live in, and I was able to show them everything I saw wrong. None of them were fixed before I moved in, and it took them almost 2 weeks to fix the majority of them. During the process they shattered my patio window and left it with just a tarp for 5 hours and never called me to let me know I had no door. I'm still waiting on one of the problems to be fixed 4 months later. While all of this is going out the hallway lights went out and it was pitch black for over a week in the hallway after dark. Perfect conditions for a perpetrator to attack, but that was not reason enough to get it fixed immediately.

On another occassion the maintence men came in to fix an electrical problem and kept telling me they couldn't find a problem. I eventually had to tell them where the problem was...some maintence staff.To top it offI had just gotten out of the shower and was just wearing a towel and everytime I would go to get dressed they would pound on my door. Some maintence staff.

On yet another occassion I had standing water in my apartment and it took them an entire day to find the problem. They made a total mess of my bathroom even though it was obvious the problem was in the laundry room, and cleaned up nothing until I called and insisted they came back to clean it up. It took them another whole day to fix the pipe, which in my opinion they had no business attempting to fix. They reinforced that opinion when they drilled right into the pipe and made the leak so much worse and then continued to drill. They felt no need to keep me informed as to what was going on and I currently have a big whole in my ceiling. They claim they will fix that, but we will see. They have no intentions of worrying about the water that probably fell inside the walls and will grow mold, but they say they will paint the walls and that will make it all better. Through the whole ordeal everyone was very rude and inconsiderate. They did not think I deserved to know what was going on because the problem originated upstairs. Since I am not from the area I had to wait them out just to do laundry or take a shower, as I had no where close to go.

This is after only four months. I don't even want to know what kind of problems I will encounter in the future if I don't find a way out.
