Once they get you to sign the lease here they try to gouge you with extra costs, and maintenance in non-existant. They don't even keep the grounds...it looked like an abandoned lot for months this past summer and the grass was about a foot tall. The places have threadbare carpet, no lighting, and are full of mold. They won't let you see the actual apartment only the model. The flooring is coming up, there are leaks in the windows and ceilings.
