I recently moved into eagle pointe, back in May. I was told that they were under new management. Well, I am very impressed with what has been going on. The grounds look great, and also the staff is very nice. I know we can not be perfect, but they are good. I like the apartment space in my 1 bedroom, I have vaulted ceilings and it looks like I am in a different area. I have lived in apartments much of my adult life and I must say, this is the best one yet. At first I thought the price was a little high, but you pay for what you get. I do not see a lot of juveniles out like I do at most apartments, and you can even go in the office and relax in the clubroom, and no one treats you bad.

ok i ACTUALLY live there, i dont work in the office like you must. there is A LOT of kids everywhere in this place, every building has at least 4-8 kids playing and screaming around it. the grounds? haha what a joke, there's animal poop everywhere and the grass is brown and patchy. no one actually goes in the "clubhouse" because its just inside the office, theres no privacy! as far as "new management?" its been the same management for over a year and a half, they sucked when they started and they still suck.

As far as property landscaping. It looked very bad, then D2E Landscaping came in and cleaned it up and put new mulch in, etc.... THEN NEVER GOT PAID!!! Received a judgement for payment over a year ago and still never got paid. They do not pay their vendors. Have no idea how they are still allowed to stay in business. Should be in jail for fraud.
