I began living at Eagle Pointe June of 2007. I will be staying for another 2 years as long as everything goes alright. Every issue I have has has been dealt with in a promt and kind manner. If you keep in mind not to expect anything for free and treat the Management with repsect....guess what''' People will in turn be more willing to help you with your needs. It is clean and quiet place. No matter where one lives you should take pride in where you live and try to help keep the complex clean. Meet your neighbors and watch out for each other. Thanks Eagle Point for the year I have been there. I look forward to 2 more years then I reach my goal to buy my 1st house.

I do not know where ou actually live. the management staff is clueless. I have tried to get in touch with Nancy the manager on several occaions and she is never there or when she is, she is clueless. Can;t answer simple questions, they always say they have to contact corporate. At one time there was a assistant manager there, named joann and girlfriend knew what she was doing, but ofcourse she left( always got to be the good black sisters that gotta leave) Maintenance is slow, and one can't speak english good. Pay your rent and make no complaints, I guess you can live here
