I do not like the fire place in the middle of my livingroom, I was unaware of this setup prior to moving in. Upon signing my lease they did not show me my actual apartment, just the model. It cost too much for the sq ft and the quality(witch is old fashioned), and the hallways smell real bad. Upon signing my lease, I was told that they were under new management and would be remolding soon,I havent seen anything yet.

The office staff is ghetto and do not like answering questions.

These apartments have many large spiders that are hard to get rid of. In the summer season there were times that I have seen atlease four in one day. My 2 year old has been biten twice. Their spray that they used only made them worse. There are also little black bugs that fly around from time to time. The spray didn't kill those either.

The neighboorhood has changed a lot, now it looks like a section 8 community. There are always people hanging out all times of the night, kids running around playing near the parking lot, climbimg on cars (keeping in mind that there is no playground for the kids), vandelism, and shootings. The police is always out here and you know its serious because there would be like 5 squad cars out there. The office keeps you in the dark about a lot of things. There was an actual murder a few buildings from me that I found out about through another party.
