Managed very badly.

I lived there from 1976 to 1986 and the rent was $130 - $320 for a two bedroom apt.
It was roomy and in a very good location but the antiquated air conditioning never worked right. It was alway hovering around 80 degrees even with all four room blowers going full blast. It was so hot in there in the winter I could even get away with turning the heat down or completely off. The managment was Justus and they did a very bad job of maintaining these apartment buildings even back then.
So I can't even image paying $550-$650 for these apartments. It would really be a ripoff!!!
