entirely over-rated... overpriced and the property manager should not be managing mcdonalds let alone an apartment complex. the office staff is inadequate and they fired the best maintenance supervisor i've
ever encountered in all my time in apartment living. too much drama, too many bad kids, and not enough neighborhood control. i would not recommend echo ridge to anyone, its turning into a trailer park and when my lease is up im out. if you like the area i would suggest pheasant run on franklin rd.
