I lived at this place for 2 years. if you live on the bottom level you can hear all the noises from above. This place is very noisy. The management tries to fine you $25.00 for this or that. Well, in my opinion the management team sucks. They changed the management team at least 6 times in 2 years.
The rent is extremely high, and then gets higher when and if you decide to sign another lease. I even heard that residents outside light bulbs were getting stolen, gas tanks were getting gas stole from them.Then after the first year all these kids started showing up in the apartments, running their skateboards into cars and tearing up those cars.
They got a new maientance mangager and fired the old one. Bad mistake. The other mainteance manager was just fine.
You will see a ton of spiders, and other criters in your apartment.
People play guitars and sing late at night out on their balconies.
When you go to make a complaint at the front office, they could care less.
So, don't waste your time even looking at these apartments. Go somewhere else where you won't get treated like a 3 year old child from the management team.
The trash disposal system they now have in place is a joke. Trash just gets sit by the compactor area cause the maintenance just dont give a ---- about this place. They recently installed the "worlds largest speed bumps". Be careful, these speed bumps will definltly tear up a car.
my rating for this place is a big fat zero. Don't move in there.
